Cardboard matches - Our product range

We are able to personalise both the front and the back of your cardboard matches.  Featuring a grammage between 300 and 350 g, our solid cardboard matches will neither bend nor break when being ignited.  Thus, you can rest assured that our cardboard matches will always be lit up in a safe way.  Our cardboard matchbooks are available in two comb lengths: approx. 50 mm in case of the standard booklets and approx. 95 mm in case of the maxi booklets (articles 9482 and 9486).  The colour of the striking head can be changed to match your printed cardboard matches.  You can choose from among 16 colours and rest assured that the striking heads are free from sulphur or other heavy metals. 

Models and special design possibilities

Our cardboard matchbooks are available for custom printing on the outside and/or the inside from a quantity of only 500 units.  They are customised with offset printing using the Euroscale (CMYK = four colours), Pantone or HKS colour systems.  Our cardboard matchbooks with magnetic closure are very sought after.  They make sure that your custom print receives the visibility and attention it deserves!  For an additional charge, this extra value can be added to any of our models!  Our product range includes a total of 12 standard models.  However, special punching is possible as well (see also articles 9483, 9484 and 9485).  Once we have received your approval for printing, we will deliver within approx. 3.5-4.5 weeks.  Express deliveries are possible on request!

Our cardboard matchbooks are also available in a trendy eco version made from brown, recyclable and eco-friendly kraft paperboard.  Other special cardboard types are available on request (e.g. art paper, laid carton, metallic carton).  As for the finish, you can select between natural matt coating, high-quality UV coating, partial UV coating or soft touch coating, the latter of which is very pleasant to the touch.  Cardboard matchbooks by KM are also available with coloured striking surfaces (e.g. black, red, blue, grey or green) or hot foil and blind embossing.
